As you get ready for your home projects, please consult the covenants for procedures about architectural plans. If you want to build a fence or an out building, paint the house, replace the roof, or other major construction projects, the plan needs to be approved by the Architectural Committee for it to be compliant with the covenants. Without written approval, architectural changes are non-compliant.
